Welcome to the opening night of the RSO’s 103rd season! 15-year-old piano prodigy, Jan Lisiecki, has been praised as an “extraordinary talent” and an “absolute sensation”. He’s already performed at Carnegie Hall and with artists such as Yefim Bronfman and Yo-Yo Ma among others. Maestro Sawa has programmed an evening of classical hits along with a new work from Regina composer Matthew McLellan to open the new season. All proceeds from this event will go to the RSO Education and Outreach Fund.
