The Regina Symphony Women's Association
Since the 1930s, the RSWA have played a key role in fundraising and volunteer work with the RSO. From raffles to fashion shows to operating the Symphony Boutique at concerts, the RSWA is the driving force behind the RSO in the community.
The members of this major fundraising arm of the orchestra invite you to join their association. For more than eight decades this dynamic group has supported the RSO board, and also helped the administrative staff by managing the box office for chamber concerts at Government House. They also organize their own fundraising events: raffles, bingos, garage sales and strawberry socials. The RSWA:
• serves coffee after each concert at the Conexus Arts Centre
• operates the ‘Boutique’.
• organizes Regina’s largest fashion show each October at the Hotel Saskatchewan, and
• organizes a bridge tournament and luncheon each spring.
